WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand). If your country isn't listed at checkout, send us a message; we're happy to explore shipping options.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to reimburse customs fees or refunds resulting from refused international deliveries.
Sister Moon is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We ship via USPS. Delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. International shipping times vary. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
