Each Infradian Rhythm Volvelle is a handmade, First Edition product assembled with care in small batches. Because of the handmade and limited-edition nature of this product, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Volvelle arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@sistermooncycle.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a solution.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to USPS, Sister Moon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number. If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
